One of the largest unions in the state has once again taken its annual conference Las Vegas.In my district, this union represents secretarial, custodial, and similar employees.
The California School Employees Association's annual conference is taking place this week at the Paris Hotel, taking 1,900 attendees, and their money, out of California. link and link
Might one argue that by taking all this money out of California, these union members are depriving the state of the very revenue it needs in order to better fund education and keep us from having furlough days? I'm just saying....
