The Fairness Doctrine

It's foul, unconscionable, and probably unconstitutional, but have no doubt that the Dems will push for it if and when they get enough power to do so. Here's an interesting tale about the so-called fairness doctrine, as it played out on a small scale at the Aspen, Colorado airport.

Couldn't the fairness doctrine be applied to NPR, PBS, the broadcast networks, the newsweeklies, the Times and the Post, and the rest of the legacy media as well as radio stations that broadcast conservative talk radio? Goose, gander, etc.

If you enjoy PC=speak Canadian style, you're gonna love the "new" fairness doctrine. I just wonder who will be in charge?
